3-Point Hitch How do I find balls for my lower 3 point quick attach arms DK 5010?

I'm 99% sure those are the ones I purchased when I got my tractor. I just went and measured the best I can with a tape measure and the dimensions match (as close as I can get without calipers). I have a DK5510 but the arms are the same. Just note that those balls have a 1.125 ID so you'll need to use a bushing if you have Cat 1 implements.

Or just buy cat 1 balls.

This is true but for some reason all the cat 1 balls I found wouldn't fit the arms. Also in my case I have both size implements so the handful of ball ends I have with fit either.

I'm thinking I can pin on the balls with a bushing. My box blade has cat 1 pins, my rake has both cat 1 and 2. They're both on the way from EA. Won't a bushing fit over the cat 1 pin and inside the ball?

Forgive my noob logic, this is my first tractor and I've got all of 30-40 minutes operating experience. This weekend was spent practicing moving, figuring out the differences in the various gears, and rolling and curling the bucket.

It should I would think, but then you have things sliding around if much wider than the ball. It's always been my thinking that the balls ALWAYS just stay with each implement.

How many do you want? I have buckets of them.

Think about the QH top link, makes life a lot easier.

I've ordered enough for my 2 implements and yes, they're going to stay put on each.

Don't you make the hydraulic top links? Do you have the sizing for a Kioti DK 5010?

Wanted to provide an update just in case anyone ever faces this problem. Received the balls from the dealer and the ones I ordered that were linked. All too big.

I've learned that the arms for the DK4510 and DK5010 are Cat 1. I'll attach a picture. The dealer apologized and is sending Cat 1 quick attach arm balls now. Apparently he's sold so few of these that even he didn't know what arms came on my machine. If this weren't so frustrating it would be amusing. I've got tools sitting ready to use and cannot connect to them! Once I get a part number I'll get it posted. IMG_3174.JPGIMG_3176.JPGIMG_3177.JPG

Thanks for the update! I find it astounding that they aren't standard equipment like I thought they were. I thought the other system went out in the 80s.

r0bg,

Did the dealer have those balls in stock or did you have to order them?

Seems the way it's set up is the dealer places the order for you. You call him, he orders them, they ship straight to you from Kioti in Wendell NC.
