Call some local golf courses and ask where they get Toro parts. There are many Websites that sell Toro parts, just do some searching.
The residential dealers may not be able to order parts from the commercial division.
The best place to get part numbers is here: Toro Master PartsViewer
They put the year made in order, not all jumbled up like the online store did:

There is a good residential dealer about 45 minutes south. I used to be able to buy from them until maybe 10 years ago? It kind of ticked them off that they could no longer sell commercial parts or mowers. They are about 50 miles from nowhere.
Then I found a place about 45 minutes north that I ordered from for a couple of years. One day the gal I usually dealt with wasn't there and the guy I talked to said they could not sell to me anymore as I wasn't in their area. So I ended up with the place out of St. Louis - 3 1/2 hours away. I am happy with them, but it would be nice to be able to drive and pick up a part sometimes.
Just like everything else, unless you get an old service tech, the youngsters don't usually know the old equipment. And the old timers are retiring or passing away.
I like that year in order thing.
Thanks
