Steps into garage basement. Siding I took off house.


New oil tank to replace / add to the existing tank in house basement.


Advantech for 2nd floor still bundled.

Unlike the year when I built the house, my garage build had lots of snow.

Time to get the roof on before weather comes.

So while the 6” of snow was on,


Got the fuel tank mostly plumbed.

Got most of subfloor down.

My productivity drops significantly with the temperatures.

My productivity dropped by not having the bank breathing down my neck. Garage was paid for as I built it.

Because of going over budget we ended up financing $80K of our $300K build. Have been whittling on that sinc May 2019. Should have it paid off in six months. Haven't had a mortgage payment for 17 years. I'm not liking it. It's so much more relaxing to spend our money rather than spending borrowed money....
