I put in 6 piers down to bare dirt and filled the rest with gravel.
Couple of my neighbors friends did the concrete, one works for a concrete company.

Joists done. Rim board on.


I bought trusses that span the garage and the “mud room” next to house. I ended up cutting the trusses and framed over the mud room with normal 2x10s


I used the extra pieces as blocking.
