I have one to copy from. It’s lightweight material but I’d settle for machine able brass. I have all the measurements & pics.

I would do it, even for free. However, the shipping would be crazy and most likely would still get lost in transport...

I'm sure someone closer will help you. 👍

You're missing several dimensions one would need to duplicate that. Have you looked at McMaster Carr?

ID
OD
Shoulder OD
Shoulder thickness.

Likely a stock item, maybe not even specialty.

You should try searching in inch sizes also. Might not find it in metric.

That looks like a lawnmower wheel bushing, if you get the rest of the measurements maybe able to find one.

I use American Sleeve Bearing in CT. They made the diff bearings for my VAC. They where super easy to deal with and helpfull.

Think you mean 'turn' the bushing. A 'Lathe' is the tool that turns it. Your best bet would be a 660 oil impregnated ( sintered) bushing and I bet you can find one somewhere.

Our feed and hardware store sells them.

See if you have a local bearings distributor. Last time I needed one, it was Bearings, Inc., a local place with a sharp counter person. Kinda like Fastenal, but for power transmission products.

I second McMaster Carr, if you have to order it.

I would be lost without the lathe in our garage. It's amazing the number of times it has helped complete a project or repair. The trick is keeping small amounts of various sized materials on hand which isn't always cheap.

When I take something like that to my local bearing distributor, the counter man picks up a caliper, takes some measurements, looks in his computer and brings me one from stock or orders it from another store in his chain that has one. Your bearing house will probably do the same thing.

And all for just a few dollars.

We don't even know what the OP wants done. Duplicate/replace the part? Turn the OD down on the one shown? Turn the length shorter (which could be done on a grinder)?

I actually took it to 2 places that supply bearings & gears and upon cross checking what they have, found none. It came off a Kenworth truck seat that was missing a bushing. Kenworth doesn’t sell just this bearing as it’s part of a $400 assembly. It’s part of a pivot. Looked online without any luck. At this point, I’d be happy to pay to get it made.

I’m looking to duplicate this part as it came with 3 when it was supposed to be 4.

If you can find a shouldered bushing slightly larger than that, (most ag supplies in stock) hand tuning it should be fairly easy.

Try another dealer. Truck seats are generic and National Seating makes the majority of them.
