Do you have any way to plug one end of that tube and then pressurize the tube with air or oil to see if it leaks. A pin hole or hair line crack should show up.
I plugged one end and used my mouth on the other to pressurize. Held that pressure no problem. I suppose it must be leaking from the actual flare area. There isn’t a chance that there’s something blocked up in the solenoid valve area that would over pressurize it, is there?

Doubtful something in valve could cause over pressure but anything is possible.
