A propane torch won't get the bolt hot enough to do any good. If penetrating oil and / or an impact wrench won't do the job, shear off the nut or bolt head with a chisel and punch out the bolt. Use care not to damage the surface.

As JRobyn posted, Kubota makes rugged cast iron coupler housings stackable against a plate which could be mounted in several locations. The are indeed pricey. It is recommended you use "break away" type couplers for rear remotes in case you forget to uncouple a hose when removing an implement.
