never liked a chop saw or being around one. I have used a metal cutting bandsaw for lots of years. never had a issue. great for 90 degree and angle cuts. cuts are very accurate. I have a old(er) version of this from central machinery. cuts up to 4X6"...

never rely on fill amounts to be exact. they dont specify if its new fill or refill amounts. there is a difference.

have you priced a new one? may be less stress and faster. or may be the only answer.

drill a 1/2" hole thru the end of the gate tubing. get a couple wheels with hubs for 1/2" axle. put 1 wheel on each side of the gate ,cotter pins in the ends of a piece of 1/2" inch bar stock. or use a long 1/2" bolt and lock nut the threaded end. probably under $30.00 total

basic stuff to start. check hydraulic fluid incase something like a hose or fitting broke. check fan belts incase the pump is driven by belts.

Forgot to add.... if your battery source is a resistored wire run a battery voltage wire direct from the key switch.

Pertronix have been around for many years. Have installed them on many old cars and old equipment and tractors. BTW... you dont need to replace plug wires or the coil to use Pertronix. just remove the points and follow directions installing the Pertronix unit.

You just need the hoses. they are made with threaded ends. You can reuse your old connectors. BTW connectors arnt that much more though.

if you cant protect the fittings from the weather why not wait till you get the new lines to disconnect them? any water in hydraulics is not good practice.

Probably does but it references a tire that is not liquid filled. if the valve on a liquid filled tire is at the bottom .... its under water right? thats why your gauge is getting wet. if the valve is at the top then its out of the water. What you arnt seeing is the tire never gets 100% filled...

is your pto not turning when engaged or is the shaft turning but not turning the pto shaft/ you will have to pull the pto shaft from the tractor end for this one.

4.4% seems high for a newish vehicle. Since its still under warranty I would take the test results into your dealer. You may have a injector bleeding down. They can do pressure test and check TSb's for issues. I think you would want to fix this instead of trying ways to live with it.

if you arnt happy with all the answers the D ring also comes with a bolt on base instead of a weld on. Use grade 8 bolts.

You never answered if you have been torquing your wheels properly. Assuming you have and still having the issues... I would replace the bolts with studs and locktite them in. Use correct nuts to match the wheels. Torque properly. Run for a couple hours and retorque. Problem should be over
