I have not checked for a draw, Im sure with the radio there is always a small one. My belief is that the battery is not charging while its running or that its not charging enough due to a bad ground somewhere.

Not sure. The motor runs without a battery so it makes its own spark. It does not have an alternator and I honestly don't know enough about charging systems to know where or how to check a voltage regulator.

That price they need for profitability... 58.00 Is based on today's prices of energy itself. Once that goes down it lowers every other metric across the board. Which lowers the number they themselves need to be profitable.

The refinery still has to account for what they are paying for raw materials. ..So is a barrel is 100.00 as apposed to 50.00 ..that cost will most certainly effect the final price at the pump. The margin .03 that the store owner puts on, will likely not change as they have a fixed profit margin...
