Added toolboxes to my tractor

After spending a couple of weekends with my tractor, I needed a place to store chains, tools, and spare 3pt parts.

The attached photo shows two ammo boxes that I mounted to the right fender.

Clean looking install. Do you find yourself hitting the boxes with your elbow?

No problem for me, I'm 5'6", 200. (Should be 185). My elbow rests comfortably against it. If I were taller, this would probably be an issue.

Nah, The blue tractor is chinese and doesn't care what color implements/toys are as long as they work and add additional seat time. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Very nice looking job!!! A word of warning! I had an ammo box on my utility trailer and found that if you keep it outside moisure collects inside the box due to it being sealed and temperature changes. You may not have that problem but I certainly did. I just changed the box last week with one that has some small holes in the bottom to let the moisture out. <font color="blue"> </font> /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
