How come nobody is calling foul here? I assume you guys know the OP and consider him credible? My screen shows he has only 4 posts. Whats crazy is; I posted a serious question and started a thread about starting engine with PTO engaged and in that thread someone accused me of "trying to stir things up". It aint adding up in my world.

I hadn't noticed he only had 3 post. I'm not going to call foul yet, but it certainly does reduce his creditably.

Let's hear back from the OP and get an answer to where this dealer is located. There is no info as to where the OP is except Ohio, too.

Agreed, lets hear back from the OP. I tell you what we can do, if the OP responds back with credible and accurate info on this dealer, we could all call this dealer and apply some heat if it is truly legit. OP, give us the name of this dealer and we will help you out.

To get the words, "Advise on being ripped off at Kioti dealer" to pop up on search engines. Maybe a Kioti competitor? Dunno. It just sounds way out in left field to me. Sorry to be the pessimist, but unless the OP responds back with more info, I feel we are being played. How bout it OP? Can you please give us more details?

Says the guy with 29 post who admits to being bitter about how he was treated in the past and now wants to know why someone else isn't being treated poorly too.

Seems like things "add up" fairly well.

Except that TBN rules prohibit publicly naming the dealer in cases such as this as it almost always turns into dealer bashing and could open the OP up to a lawsuit for slander...
