Yikes. Sorry to hear about that. As you know I am literally ordering a similar rig probably today and this made me pause to read.

Sounds like a dealer setup "issue" in that someone needs an arse kicking on that end as others have stated.

I hope they make it right ASAP.

Definitely frustrating, but these are all minor issues so far. All fixable. Don't let it detract from the other 99% of the tractor that is probably great.

run a torque wrench on the tractor tires and the loader bolts as per specs. if the other stuff was loose, better check the important parts. if you ever harrow or mow a field like i do, removal of loader makes things way easier. i do it every year. also makes service much easier. the only thing i have learned over the years. if you remove the loader, dont leave it in the sun. the fluids pressurize and makes reconnecting lines miserable. if i have to leave it in the sun, i dont reconnect it until early the next morning.

While I spoke with the salesman/manger through email/texts about everything i never spoke with him on the phone about the situation until yesterday. During the conversation he was very apologetic and angry about how the machine was set up so sloppy. He's coming today to pick it up , take it to the shop and go through everything. He insisted the service manage and himself will over see the evaluation . He was also admit to get the machine to their shop asap so I can have it back for the weekend. I cant complain about how he's handling it, although I did express my weariness about their service department. He offered me a free service kit for the inconvenience. I'm not sure if that means they do the first service or he supply's all of the components for the first service. I'm hoping for the latter as I like to do my own maintenance. I hope it is smooth sailing from now on. Thanks for everyone's input.

An unfortunate experience that is for sure. I would suggest that you visit the dealer before they bring it back to you. I would want to check everything out at the dealer so it could be corrected on the spot. Have them show you how to remove and attach all components, not just talk through it, but actually take the loader off etc. It would go a long way toward keeping your frustration level down.
