Eddie I'm sure you have seen this all before. I follow your projects, you are a pro, no exceptions. Thanks for the encouraging words.
The original movie "Jaws" has a scene where the shark passes under the boat and chief Brody remarks "we're gonna need a bigger boat". Me too. We really need an excavator. I will keep plugging along with the 3130, a few hours after work while the light permits and all day on the weekends and we'll get there eventually. He (BIL) spent a week of his vacation helping me in the freezing cold when I needed it so I'll give him what I can. The building is planned to be 24 X 36 two stories, 3 car garage on grade and workshop one floor up. Full perimeter monolithic concrete foundation 42" below grade. Post & Beam cut from white pine at the local sawmill. All we care about is having roofers on before the snow fly's. We'll use the stone to fashion a retaining wall on the low side of the slope at some future time. My BIL is a swamp yankee and they don't waste too much. He won't pay to haul away the stumps because the rodents that move into the pile will entertain his cats.
Thanks, for looking.
