Kubota BX25D-1
Hello,

After almost buying a used BX25, I have decided I am better off buying new. (Only a $1,500 difference)

Can someone take some pictures of their BX25D-1, for me? I have several good pictures of the 2012 model BX25D, but not very many of the BX25D-1.

I am specifically interested in a picture of the dash, backlit-in darkness; how effective the headlights are; the part of the frame that has been "beefed up" for the BH (comparison to other BX would be great); and the area behind backhoe with BH removed (w and/or w/o 3PT).

If you can help me out, thank you!

The BX25 is the older model while the BX25D is the new one an the model BX25D-1 comes with the mower. Look up the bx25d on Youtube as there are videos showing the dash.

My 2 month old BX25D is a BX25DLB-R-1 and does not have a mowing deck. I believe there have been some changes over the past couple of years to the "new" BX25D and those changes are reflected in the model number designation. I believe the mowing deck would be installed by the dealer and no designation would be indicated in the model number.
I previously owned a BX25 for a few years, traded it to a B2620 FEL BH and now traded the B2620 to a BX25D. The new BX25 has the brake on the left with a floor locking pedal, digital dash with tach and mine doesn't stop when the foot pedal is released plus arms added to the seat and I believe the BH leg lowering/raising levers are slightly different but that may not be so after coming from the B2620 with BH. Also the rops lowers and not sure first BX25 did will add pics to see.
Guess not, back to unable to upload pics.

Wonder why your new one doesn't stop when you remove you foot from the pedal. That would take some getting use to.

Seems to be happening on several BX25Ds per other owners here. I don't like it :thumbdown:and have informed my dealer to discuss it with the Kubota regional rep and express my discontent with it.
I moved a lot of gravel last week then dug up a bunch of dirt to cover the gravel and it wasn't a bother since my work was stopping me anyway but I loaded a two bottom plow on a truck a few weeks ago and it's the pits when I'm used to it stopping when I let off and had rarely ever used the brakes on my Kubotas other than when I dismounted and locked them down.
