If they don't have one, I'm sure one can be found... They are a very popular stove in New England.... I would expect to pay 50 bucks or so for a used door.... I know you can get a new door for about 130 bucks shipping included...

Ive welded cast with a 7018 ac rod..Just preheat the piece your welding and weld..After completed wrap in insulation to cool it down slow

Simple repair. Go ahead and weld it with a high Ni Rod or 312 stainless. If that doesn't work. Have it spray powedered. If you were close, I would enjoy fixing it. :thumbsup:

Would that be cast steel or cast iron? I've used 7018 on dozer pads with success, cast steel.

last one was a hand operated well pump made out of cast iron..Just clean preheat ,weld and throw into insulation to let it cool slow

Ok, I'm welding today. I tacked some odd and ends to form a braket to hold the piece in place. I cooked it in the propane bbq until it got up to about 600 F. Then I welded it with a nickel rod.

Now what is considered a slow cool down? It's still in the bbq and at about 475 F now.
