Dealer markup on NH compact tractors?

Which would explain why new old stock is sometimes cheap.

Still, my local NH dealer has a 4 year old new Massey that he hasn't been able to move. He was wanting 13,500 with a loader on it last time I was in there, and not too willing to listen to anything less.
