The actual Study:
"Over 5,483,981 person-years of follow-up, we documented 22,761 T2D cases. Intakes of total, processed, and unprocessed red meat were positively and approximately linearly associated with higher risks of T2D."
It sounds like whoever wrote that paper had a preconceived conclusion.
Still rocking the Keto and Turmeric. My lower a1c has relieved about 90% of my arthritis in 6 months of this dietary change. I do take a joint supplement but the supplement alone was not doing much until the diet change.
Been learning about the importance of proper Zinc levels in the body in relation to insulin control. Important for you men with prostate problems too.
Maybe we should share the supplements we take?
