I couldn't take the truck, so no air for impact. But still put it together to see if it'll work, looks like it will.

I brought the bucket hydraulic spool valve home to reseal, I have the o rings for it already. I'm waiting seals for steer cylinder and steer manifold assembly/unloader. Some were on back order for a week, so I had them wait until they all show up to ship. The cylinder parts are in stock, but I wouldn't have gained much by having them sent right away.

Man you've got a neat bunch of old vehicles! I see your pristine looking 3/4 Travelall above but can't quite ID the yellow one in your back yard. Looks like a 1st gen Bronco (door cut out & windshield) but the front fender confuses me. Road salt screw's us for vintage vehicles around here.

He did not have me order the seals because he thought they would be o rings, and I ordered all the o rings. So now I need to get six seals and a gasket. He did what he could for now, I was his assistant. There were some obvious leaks, seals and o rings both.

The seals we need are A1054X3, I am only finding it online by national stock number. I will try local tomorrow, if not I will order from Terex.

The first batch of parts arrived, and I got the other steering cylinder back together. We can work on the steering hydraulic manifold assembly now too.

The spool valve seals were not available locally or online, nonstandard type and size. They arrived from Terex yesterday. The unloading valve seal kit wasn’t in the box a few days earlier. I had to ask what happened, no longer available. But the parts were available individually, and supposed to have been ordered a couple days ago. No confirmation yet.

Both of the hydraulic units (spool valve & steering unloading valve assembly) are resealed and back together now. Probably will be September when I can get back up and install them.

Finally got back on this last week, installed left steering cylinder, spool valve, and steering hydraulic manifold assembly & unloading valve. Except I was short three o rings for the spool valve hoses, ordered those yesterday. They were in stock in California. So could not start it because of the three hydraulic lines not connected, came home with a list of what to bring next time. So next time l will go up ready to work on the wheel cylinders, that is the last major thing. Got a few small things lined up too.

I did not get any loader pics, does not look any different. The changes are internal.

This pic is one example of what I want to use the loader for, moving wood. This is just one example of the wood that needs to be moved, lots of beetle killed trees. I felled about fifty, and just getting started.
