Buying Advice Explain the Free Loader Program

Can someone please explain the free loader program from kioti. I price a qualifying DKSeries tractor and had the dealer line item the tractor. He sent the follow:
DK4510
Tractor: 16,275
Loader: 4,000
Tires with Rims: 2,000
2 Remotes: 600

Total: 22,875

Then I asked about the free loader program and he said he already priced it that way just spread out the cost over the line items.

What do you think.

I don't know anything about the FLP but why don't you go and get another quote from a different dealer for comparison?

Not sure how exactly it works but that's what my dealer did as well. He wanted to show the loader as a line item so priced it, but then the tractor was priced less the difference. At least how he explained it.

I did the same thing with another dealer and he sent me nearly the same thing and then when I questioned it he gave me the same response about it be just spread out over everything. Any good salesperson would of known what I was doing asking for the pricing itemized and would of had the loader priced at 0 if this was the case. On the kioti website it states no other retail programs apply.
