Messick,
I care about accurate information, Your dealership is not the kubota prototype. Many are small w/ more lawn mowers than tractors. Deere stores are full blown AG dealerships. The referenced article doubted the UCC research accuracy. So if kubota is at 50 percent , simply prove it, and the 80 hp ceiling is a reach. The deere presence in my corner of the planet dwarfs kubota. Even kubota's recent entry in the big boy market M-171, would be under powered pulling a krone HD 1290 big pack baler, which is precisely why you share your lot w/ Fiat.
EDIT
Kubota is making the claim, there is no verifiable statistical evidence. Just a sales gimic for the gullible souls.
Kubota is a humble company (almost to a fault in my opinion). They've rarely used their position in the market as a tool (recent BX ad is the only thing I can think of). They did not say anything... looks like what your referencing is an article from one of the industry papers. UCC data is incomplete, but it is the best publicly available data there is. I would think Kubota is over represented there to be honest, but we know even on the AEM reports they ticked over 50% a few years ago.
No one except the AEM (industry group where sales are reported) knows the position of each manufacturer in the market. Not even the manufacturers. They are told the total market size and their share of it. These discussions are simply fun for keyword cowboys more than anything. We all know numbers can be made to say whatever you want them too.
