Feedback on JCB MIDI and M59

If I go ahead with this M59 I'll contact Laurin directly and see what my options are for adding A/C.

If you click on the "Download this flyer" in the upper right hand corner it says "Optional eclipse roof, required with air conditioning"

I do think if you found a different A/C supplier you could keep the original roof though.

Does the dealer your looking at the M59 at have it listed on the internet, just so we can take a look?:thumbsup:

The machine I am looking at is not on the internet. I have just looked at the Laurin brochure (Laurin inc | Cabines, canopes et compacteurs pour tracteur et camion) for the M59 and the machine I looked at has the EX version of the Eclipse cab based on the photo of the inside roof and description on page two of the brochure. The same set of pictures shows an optional A/C unit mounted on the rear portion of the roof and the inside roof shot shows the cooling ducts which do not exist on the machine I looked at.

This is not a major concern at this point - I will take the machine the way it is if the dealer and I can come to an arrangement. I know it has been sitting on their lot for at least eight months now and they did recently drop the asking price by $5,000 but I think they are still at least that much too high so we'll see what happens.
