Bill, earlier this spring I searched for days looking for one of my 50 ft extension cords ! Finally broke down and bought a new one ! Two days later I found it in the garage buried under a bunch of stuff that my wife piled on top of it !

All have a great evening ! Back to the mountains tomorrow!

I also found my 100 ft extension cord, buried under stuff in the go kart (got to clean the carb and sell that)...

As we were about to leave the house tonight, wife says she can't turn the light on in our room and the fan won't shut off, and the chain came off. I knew exactly what she did, chain broke, she turned off the light at the fan (only chain left to pull), then couldn't turn on light using the wall switch. Unfortunately the fans are hard wired, no switch (that's one thing I'd change next time). After we got home, I turned off light power, cut the hot wire feeding the fan switch and put wire nut on it, ordered replacement fan switch on amazon, and put everything back together for now.
Earlier this evening a dump truck overturned just below where my son was in his wreck, had road closed for several hours. They just opened road as we were heading out.
Got .1" from a couple passing storms, nice rainbow.

Leave tomorrow morning sometime for some camping. Wngsprd, if you are down near natural bridge KOA stop by, will be at the lot friday and probably some saturday. Want to do some fun stuff also, not just work.

Good evening all. 65ºF for the start, partly cloudy, light breeze. Light wind, sky cleared, and high temp was 85ºF HI 88. Made coffee to start day, Men's meeting, haircut, bike ride, lunch,nap mow front and back yard, found 4 gold ball. Head to stepdaughter's to pick up dinner. Will sleep good tonight .
Ron hope pond is in good shape. Hope blades are now sharp. Cute pic.
Dennis and you will find 300 ft tape when you are looking for something else.
Drew hope you had a nice day. Congrats for finishing another school board term. Glad the RV park let you make a 1 night reservation. I guess it was the seed company that was closed. Good luck with garden plans.

Coffee has been poured. 35° with partly cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 70° with plenty of sun. Decided to put new blades on both mowers. Got that done and took mowers out for a test drive. Next thing I had over 70% of grass cut. Found bird house that yesterdays squirrels were perched on the ground. Repaired it for the time being. Need to build a new one. Did not get anything done on garden pond. Should get that done when I get back from grocery shopping today.

good morning all
much cooler weather for many of us, about 55 out now, Ron you were downright chilly this morning.

no coffee, no breakfast, groan, another lab test at hospital, this time a pulmonary function test, which I doubt I need but
my primary doc loves tests. Next week is a cardiac stress test. By the time I'm done with both, I'm sure they will find plenty
to discuss with me. I'm doing this as a defensive measure before my big trip in August.

nice dinner last night with the school board, several of us "went off" at that meeting and it was a little melancholy to say goodbye
to a lot of folks. The school is doing exceptionally well and I leave feeling good.

Good morning, the low is 40 going to 66°F. Wind N 7 mph. Sunny!

I think I might attempt to cut the grass today. I'll get junior to fill the tank, which he is happy to do. The bugs will go nuts, but I have spray for my lower legs and an electronic gizmo that works good in Black-fly infested gravel pits when I am stationary, now to see how good it is when I am moving on the z-turn. It is supposed to give me a 5.5' circle of protection.

Due to the stroke, the North Bay trip got cancelled for this month.My choice.
