</font><font color="blue" class="small">( I get a kick out of some of the driveways you can see in WV while travelling the Interstate. Some of them are just sooo steep, I can't imagine trying to traverse them in the winter. )</font>
Yep, one of my wife's brothers has a nice home, raised his family there, and has lived in that same house about 45 years. And even with a 4WD vehicle, he and his wife frequently have to park at the bottom of the hill and walk (climb) the last hundred yards when they have snow and ice. And being a flatlander, no way I would have ever considered buying that place. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
