Grass and leaf pickup, what do you use, recommend?

I purchased the power vac option with my CR several years ago. It has plenty of vacuum power to pick up any and everything that gets close to the nozzle.

How well does it work with pulling Fall leaves from ivy beds etc. ? The leaves really get tangled in the vines. A blower will not loosen them, so I wonder if a vacuum would?

That is my biggest issue that I need help to solve. I wonder if it's a two person job, one with a small rack and the other holds the vacuum hose.

I use the nozzle to break the leaves from my shrubs and hedges, not sure how the vacuum would perform pulling leaves from an ivy bed without help. I am thinking it probably would be easier with the help of someone pulling the ivy snarls with a rake while vacuuming.
