I am changing the name of our Tahoe to the DEER Slayer. My wife took out another one....that makes about 5 or 6.

A friend of mine had a 70's or 80's vintage Ford Crown Victoria and he called it the "Tuna Boat."

A buddy of mine is always screwing around with his tractor and gets in trouble from his wife.
So he calls it "Doghouse".

I spend more time with her.
I am always talking about her.
I like to show her off.
I buy her expensive gifts.

So I ask, are you jealous? she just smiles.

I refer to it as "the tractor" but my wife calls her "Periwinkle" on account of the blue color. This may be an indirect attack on my manhood or it may simply be jealous reaction to the way I can plan far ahead for tractor parts and maintenance, but not for anniversaries or Valentines Day.

Tractor name is pending-still in the purchase phase, although Moose is a strong possibility.

I own a 200yo farmhouse in NH. The longest owner was Joanna Hurd. She was born there and lived to be 99yo. She and her family are buried next door. It only seemed fit to name our new tractor "Joanna" in her honor as it is her farm.
