I'm going to agree on probably having to take it to the dealer at this point. One of my NH tractors would let me do a manual regen but the other would not. I had some issues with it when it only had about 10 hours on it and ended up having to haul it back to them to get the parked regen done. The good news is, it could be worse. This should be a relatively quick fix if the dealer will get on it.
The PowerStar 75 does not have a DPF or need to do regens. It uses DOC and EGR same as my Workmaster 75. But it sounds like a dealer visit is needed to diagnose the issue and clear the codes. My dealer has a mobile mechanic that I have used to avoid the wait time sitting in line in the shop.

Likely an exhaust senor has failed.
after a complete look over literally nothing looks to be wrong whatsoever so hopefully thats all it is.

update: I spoke with a couple of techs & they think that we probably were just not running the tractor with enough load to heat up to the proper temp and being since we're locked out of the system and can't retrieve a code from the dash there's nothing we can do other than getting a tech to hook it up to a computer to get the code.

Good possibility. Based on the dealer recommendation when I bought my 2019 Workmaster 75, I run at 2000 RPMs consistently which is PTO speed, even when not running the cutter. That should keep it at a high enough temp to keep the DOC clean, again according to the dealer. I know the speeds at that RPM for each gear combination. The FEL and grapple work well at that setting. I am just now closing in on 200 hours so hopefully I will never have an issue.

Ah, okay. Same thing as my MF 4707. One of the reasons I went with it instead of the 100 hp model. But yeah, the sensors can drive you a little crazy. I've done the same thing on the mobile mechanic on the Massey, both from dealer when under warranty and independent beyond that. It's not cheap but it's way faster.

Just a shot in the dark for clearing codes. This is a method for some cars. Use at your own risk. Remove both battery cables and connect them together for 5 minutes to drain the computer.
