How to rig an X595 to mow in reverse

There are plenty of places in the internet that show you exactly how to do it. I disabled mine at the connector at the back of the PTO switch on the dash. Took about 5 minutes to do. But be warned, if you take it in for service the Deere dealer I bought mine at said that Deere makes them test the safety circuits and repair them. I don't know if it's true or not but it would suck if the dealer tried to charge you for "fixing" the modification. As long as they have your tractor they don't have to release it until it's paid for or you go to court.

That where mine is disabled too, the jumper wire used has a fuse (inline) Remove the fuse and operation returns to normal.

The dealer has liability if they don't fix the safety features.. and will charge for doing the work.

Just put it back to original before taking it back in for dealer work.

I disabled my RIO an hour after I got it. I've been back dealer twice for new radiators. I mentioned the RIO bypass to them and they said they don't care what I do to my machine.

All dealers are not the same.. still could have the liability.. just choose to ignore it as we prolly all should. (and put a lid on the lawyers who feed off the victims)
