Well if you have flow that answers the pump question

Next is why those functions quit. Are they all on the same joystick? Do any of the junctions on that joystick work? Reason for asking is valves are hydraulic pilot controlled by joystick. Just wondering if you possibly lost pilot pressure to that joystick. There is a manifold assembly with ports A, B, and C controlled by 3 individual solenoid valves. I am 99% certain they are pilot pressure lines that feed the joystick but the joysticks are not shown on the schematic you attached. If one of those valves is not shifting it would prevent pilot flow from getting to that part of the circuit.

Just tossing out ideas on what might cause the problem you are experiencing.

Wish you the best in resolving this problem
the guy came over today and said pretty much the same thing. there is actually 5 solenoids on manifold at least one isn't getting power. He's not sure where it's getting power from, nothing in fuse panel refers to solenoids and all fuses good and relays good. He's going to find where they get p0wer from. anyway it sounds to be electrical. will keep you informed thanks again

Appreciate the update

One of the coils unloads all three of the pumps.
One connects pilot flow to port P51.

Other 3 control pilot flow to ports A, B & C.
I suspect one of those four is not being energized but also have no clue what powers them nor what each port feeds.

waiting couple days for my man to contact Bobcat to try to find out where power is coming from

My bad, your first response was right, my man found another Bobcat 331 and traced hoses and found I had two crossed. I feel like an idiot, but an idiot with a working Bobcat. thanks for all your help!
