How many hours to wear out the turf tires?

Hi,

I'm going to be looking at a 4300 tonight. 1999 model year, 2500 hours, MFWD, rear and mid hydro, HST drive with cruise, 420 FEL.

Anything to look out for?
$13,500 is his asking price; seems a little steep for that many hours.
Has turf tires; anyone know ballpark cost to get Ag tires?

Finally upgrading from by Bolens G152, which will be for sale shortly...

Not sure about the price, but I sold a 2002 4310 loaded with a 430 loader, rear blade, 700 hours for 13000,00 2 years ago.
Just trying to give you ideas.
