Good question...to my knowledge it's the hood armor, C-range lockout, and the stuff under the machine.
What is the "C-range lockout"?

What is the "C-range lockout"?
These machines have 3 range hydrostatic transmissions-A,B and C. A is like granny gear, B is like the all purpose gear and is used the most, C is like a "road gear", very fast and very little torque. This kit keeps the C range from being used.
Well, look at this: it looks like another rental tractor option from JD.
Under-floor armor to protect the hyd hardlines. My tractor has endured
some impacts there.
OK, So that's what dfkrug was talking about when he said "I was wondering why the mounting position of my floor pan keeps my GO pedals from completely articulating.". That was part of the design of the rental upgrade to keep the speed down on the machines and help prevent wear & tear.
No, the rental upgrade keeps the shifter from going into the HI range, and
there is the underfloor armor I was talking about. With the armor, the
floor panel seems to be mounted a half inch or so higher (on both sides).
That would give me more pedal clearance, but my problem seems to be
more due to pedal adjustment. I replaced my HST control rods, and there
is a lot of adjustment involved. You can set the pedal heights within a
certain range.
If its been in a fire, I would pass on it, unless the damage is very light. If it burned the paint off and roasted the tires, it got hot and that can weaken the metal.
