You know, I met my wife a Lowes during lunch today...she is getting a different color sample for the greatroom and kitchen, just incase she wants to change it before I get the second coat on

Thank for the info. I will check on buying the tank.

I've never had a house that used propane; but in my opinion, leasing is only good for short term things (e.g. business computers, cars used for business, etc.), while buying will be cheaper in the long run and a propane tank is a long term item in my book.

I think the tank is sometimes tied in with the propane delivery service, etc. and actually ends up cheaper to lease because your delivery fee is smaller. Maybe thats the case here? If not, you can get a 100 gal tank for $85. So get a pair of those for only 3 years leasing fee.

David, that move in date is coming fast! I'm excited for you. I know just how you feel right now....you'll be pinching yourself for months after move-in. I'm sure you've already invisioned sitting on that porch on an early spring morning with a good cup of coffee.
