Good job putting the seat in the shower, I'm sure you'll appreciate it as you get older. I plan to put one in our shower for the house I've just started doing preliminary design on.

Well I got back from my business trip and my wife had taken a few pics of what I missed.

THE TANK IS IN THE GROUND...though not covered...pics attached.

The tank looks like a WW2 midget sub.

It's refreshing to see the bathroom mirrors. Putting a full wall mirror is the norm these days. Its what I've got. Yours looks so much warmer. And let's face it.....I don't really need a full body view of me getting out of the shower.

We are hoping to be in around 3-4 weeks. The cabinet tops should be ready in about 2 weeks and a week or so to finish the hardwoods. It all depends on the weather too. We received around 4" Thursday and they are calling for 2-4" Saturday.

The bench seat was what I wanted in the shower. The builder puts a lot of corner seats in showers but since mine was larger than he normally builds I told him to put the bench in. We actually have room for a large wheel chair in front of the bench if needed. And with the bench I took the toe-holds out for my wife. The toe-hold is for women to put their foot in for support when shaving their legs usually a couple of feet off the floor. The bench is big enough for her to sit and put her leg on.

We like the two mirrors. We initially was looking at the one big mirror but new it would be easier to change from two to one. And we also found out Lowes was changing out all of their bath room accessory lines and was able to get the brushed nickel sets for $22.00 instead of $122.00 .

We have a large MB vanity also and did the same thing you did. Here's ours:

I think the wall color is similar too. Ours is more blue than we intended. It was supposed to be blue/grey.

They do look a lot alike. We started to go with the individual lights over each sink like you did. But chose the larger light in the center. With it and the light in the ceiling we should have plenty of light.

As far a the color blue, we had four different shades of blue on the walls after a while they all looked the same to me , so I told my wife to just pick one so I could get it painted.

Well a lot of small things are getting closer to being finished.

Gas logs are in with mantel.
