JJ, i'm guessing that the link you gave is to that particular .PDF attachment in your Comcast web mail application...which we can't access since we aren't logged in to the web mail server (as you are).

Just a hunch.

Ok, I've got the Flail all set up. . . Just a quick look and this thing looks nice, i think its well made (i've never owned a flail mower before) it was all lubed from Agri Supply so off i went.

this is what i started with about 1' tall grass up front and its 4 to 5' in the back
