But why? The mail carriers on the route know who lives where better than anyone else, because they deliver the mail every day. That is their job, to deliver the mail. Our mail is delivered into the rural mailbox by name, not address. If he were to follow your way of thinking, no one in town would ever get any mail, because the mail boxes are all grouped together at the side of the road, and each one has only a name on it. No street name or number. Just a name. That is all that they require, and that doesn't have to be on the outside of the box. Most everyone has it marked on the inside of the door in black magic marker. That is all that the Post Office requires. No street name, no house number, no town or zip code. Just a name.... You know what I mean?? Just put your name on the inside of the mail box door.
