Thanks for the replies and comments everyone. S219- i went back and forth for a long time on L3901 or my L3560, in the end, i like the finer things in life but i did do a demo also before buying. As fir my uses, its greatly oversized for my 3 acres.....hehe. Oh well she's mine. Driveway clearing in the winter as well as some of the dirt road until plow comes through (2-3 days usually). Maintain my gravel in summer- 250 foot. Help on my parents 10 acres, start working and maintaining food plots on our hunting property. Also getting any firewood from the neighbors i can. I'm not going to lie, it's more than i need but, I LOVE THIS THING!

Oh, I don't think you are over sized for 3 acres plus part time on 10 acres. Nice choice.

I've got the L3540 that I bought used two years ago. Good all around tractor to take care of a lot of chores on the farm. I added the 3rd function on the loader and have a grapple - best attachment I have!

You will probably want a Cultipacker soon:

I have ETA's 60"/700 pound/$1,325 Cultipacker. Cultipackers are pretty basic implements; cast iron rollers on an axle.

I like the weight of the ETA units. One function of Cultipackers is to flatten dirt clods in the seed bed. Weight does this.

I keep the ETA Cultpacker on my Three Point Hitch 80% of the time as compact rear ballast. I have air filled R4/industrial tires on my tractor. 700 pounds functions as everyday ballast and as counterbalance for 1,000 pound lifts on the FEL.

The Cultipacker stands are sturdy. One of the easiest implements to mount on the Three Point Hitch.

I use the Cultipacker for rolling/leveling lawns and woodland trails and for rolling in seed in deer food plots as well as rear ballast.

84" / 900 pounds

96" / 1,000 pounds
