Holding the 1:1 plot of this bolt pattern up the motor as best I can, it appears that the top holes and the lower left hole are correct while the lower right hole may be off a bit. It's hard to tell with the paper template. The way the holes on the drivers side are located, it leaves very little room for meat on the plate. I think I'll just make some straight plates for the sides and be done. I should have some time this weekend to play. I've got more irons in the fire than I even had fires right now.
