It's hard to tell, but did you build a standard type wall with double bottom plates and double top plates over your big openings? Am I seeing that right?

If it were me, and I know it aint, I'd have put a continuous foundation under them walls. Did you have a structural look at that foundation?

Yes Structural helped with whole design. Footings are 4' deep with 4 ply 2x10 beam across the top. Don't see anything wrong with that

nice framing work.
Is that 3020 hard to start in the winter? My 4020 definitely is when the temps drop into the 20s, which is nothing up there.
