Massey GC 2310 TLB, Gravely 526
I am due to to receive my new GC 2310 TLB tomorrow. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif This is my first real ride on tractor. My gravely will be sad, but I hope to get a lot more done. I have about 5 acres I plan on working for stress reduction mostly. I am quite giddy as well. I Looked around justr a little. Mostly comparing the Kubota and the MF. The MF seemed like a much more substantial and enduring machine. I spoke to two dealers and found one I liked and have been on pins for the past week since committing. I am glad to find this forum. I am sure I will have lots of questions. New user tips and tricks are appreciated.

Congrats on the new machine. Get the loctite out . The SMV sign bolts can vibrate loose, and the nuts on the hood hinge bolts as well.
Try to get enough hours on it to do the 50 hour service before winter arrives. The factory fill THF on my 2300 wouldn't flow when temperatures approached 0 degrees Fahrenheit. No hydraulics at all. When it was close to freezing there was no problem. The hydro filter also blew off on startup on a cold day. No problems after it went in early for 50 hour service. I've only had my 2300 for a year but wouldn't have changed my choice (except to go bigger).

You will enjoy your GC. It is more substantial than most of the competition. Welcome to TBN.
