NH T4.90 Heat/AC Problem

Has anyone had problems with a 2017 NH T4.90 Heat/AC? We replaced the Heat valve last year because there was no heat and valve was stuck closed. It worked fine until now controlling the amount of heat/AC. Now it is stuck open so full heat and no AC. It's a real PIA to get to the heat valve to replace it again. I've checked all the fuses for the controls all appear to be good. Any suggestions?

You could install a manual water valve, there are many available hand screw type or cable operated.
We used them in trucks as a low cost repair.

I've been trying to find one but no luck so far. The hose is 14mm ID according to the parts book. Which is a little larger than a 1/2" and smaller than a 5/8".

If you are committed to a manual valve you could disconnect the hose and test fit a 5/8th nipple , if to big than Yeah 1/2 inch(14mm) is a odd size. Guess its a trip to the local hardware to make your own.
Recommend to use brass.
