RAM 3500 Question

/ RAM 3500 Question #81
Nice looking truck! Did you get the rear air assist?

/ RAM 3500 Question #82
The Ram 2500's with the Cummins interest me but I'm confused which models you can get the Aisin in.

/ RAM 3500 Question #83
I think, but I'm not sure, you have to get a 3500 to get the Aisin. Not a big deal since you can get a single rear wheel still.

/ RAM 3500 Question #86
I'm not 100% sure but I think that was the case when they first offered the Aisin but I think you can get the Aisin in the 2500 now.

I tried to build one on the Ram site but didn't see an option for the Aisin in the 2500.

/ RAM 3500 Question #87
There is a Dodge dealer here that you can buy a 2500 Cummins for only $6000 more than a 6.4 hemi, that seems like a dang good deal with GM and Ford charging almost 8-10,000 to upgrade.

That is a great deal. That's what it was in 1999 when I bought my F350

Have to be careful with that combination, as it knocks the payload down by a 1000 lbs...

There was no air assist on this truck. Didn't even know you could get it. It was off the lot. I would have really liked the cargo view camera though for hooking to the gooseneck. It shows it as not being compatible with the Convenience Group that the truck has.

How are you liking the new Dodge?

It's doing ok. Doesn't have the power I would like while pulling uphill... but it'll have to do. It should reach 10,000 miles by the end of the week.

Wow, you sure love to put the miles on, If it didnt have the warranty I would suggest getting it tuned, but I believe most tuners will void the warranty.
