Does anybody double clutch anymore?
No, LOL!Does anybody double clutch anymore?
Are you reading the responses?I'm on flat ground, and shifting it was flexing the lever!
Straight cut gears are stronger. No scyronizers means less parts to wear. Since these are not gear banging transmissions there is no need for angle cut synchronized gears.Apart from the cost, is there any other good reason to why the manufacturers just don't make a full synchronized transmission for both HST and Geared tractors? The range gears seems to always be straight cut gears in every tractor up to 100 HP. It's about time the fix this. Another solution to help making it easier to shift would be to chamfer the gear teeth edges.

Flat ground has nothing to do with it.
And to address another comment, mine has no clutch either.
