Think he caught any fish?
Scary stuff, hope the driver made it out ok.

That one was on the news here this morning.

F350 Diesel with a 14' or so bumper pull dump trailer went whizzing by me...I was between 70 and 75mph on the three lane section of the interstate this evening. The trailer appeared to have light stuff in it with a half a$$ tarp. Wind was blowing a bit and the trailer seemed to be skittish behind the truck. Traffic picked up a bit and low and behold truck and trailer were in the woods, down the embankment of the median having mangled several firewood size trees. Judging by the grass, dirt and gravel on the travel surface the combo had careened across both lanes a couple of times . Half a dozen cars already stopped, a couple might have been sideswiped and idiots, Like 10 or more were crossing a 70 mph interstate to go take pictures. Apparently calling 911 was interfering with the picture taking so we were the second or third call. Haven't heard the results

Just being efficient, why make three trips when one will do?

Check out an Australian show called Mega Truckers to see how they haul some insanely oversized loads.

That really doesn’t look that sketchy. If everything was secured decently the tandem truck should be capable of the load it’s moving.
I don't see a problem with it either as long as the tow bar is rated for the weight.

I would never do this, I have seen dogs get out of harnesses when being pulled from the front. Which is how the dog would be pulled if it went off the side.

I wouldn’t put my dog in the back anyway. He’s insulted enough to ride in the back seat.

My brother's dog won't get in the back. He wants to ride in comfort too.

Taiwan straw hauling, overwidth, overweight. With a HiLux (compact truck)

That's not over size or over weight for a HiLux. Whistling Diesel (YouTube content creator) proved that the HiLux can only die after he drops it 10K feet from a helicopter. He actually couldn't kill that truck.

U P D A T E

The owners of the m.s. "Evergiven" that had stranded, blocking the Suez Canal back in March have reached a settlement with the Egyptian authorities who are now permitting it to continue its voyage. This does not mean that the lawyers and underwriters are not still aboard the gravy train, as other settlements will likely take years.

A legislator saw a dog do just that, and introduced a law outlawing it. They are supposed to be tied in such a manner that it can't jump over the side. Mine rides about 4 miles back from the lake and I don't tie him, but since his injuries he can't jump out. Even before then he wouldn't... I drive the road in front of my property at about 10 mph with the tailgate down and he won't get out until I say that it's OK.

The safest place for a dog is in a crate in the back seat, but I've never had a dog which would stay in one.
