[Solved]Loud Squeal and weak power when trying to drive forward or back

Old IH 260A loader/hoe, had a hose burst, replaced the hose today and filled it back up. All implements work great, no strange noises.
But when I put it in gear and try to move, I get a loud "squeal" I guess I'd call it, from behind me. And it barely wants to move. I did notice the hydraulic fluid ended up a little over the full mark, but everything I'm reading says that shouldn't matter.
Never had this issue before, so it seems somehow related to the loss of fluid and subsequent re-filling.
I shut it down pretty quickly without trying to push it too much until I could understand what might be happening.
Any ideas?

hmmm...I almost discounted the possibility without thought because the parking brake never worked from day 1 so I never used it...don't even think I could pull it up if I tried. But, I was frustrated by 2 dash lights being on all of the time since the hose broke back in the fall and draining the battery. I assumed a short somewhere, so I disconnected them, but now I think they are brake warning lights, and somehow my brake engaged?

Good news. Some things do just fix themselves I guess. I went out to get some audio of the squealing, and when I put it in gear, it drove fine with no issues. My guess is that the transmission fluid needed time to drain into all the right reservoirs after the 10 gallon re-filling and implement testing, but I'm not sure.
