Mr. Steppenwolf, is that a tooth bar on the MX, or a bucket with welded on teeth?

Any chance for a picture of that?

Also, would you be willing to share a rough cost on the LP stump grinder?

I just received a quote for grinding ~20 stumps at $1800.

At ground level, they are from 3 to 6 feet across.

Surely we can turn it into a DIY project!!!

It's a tooth bar... I believe a Titan, 380 bucks installed. ( 72" Bucket 23TF Tooth Bar) . The stump grinder was 5k... and was a year old model, the new are supposed to be 6K. :confused2: I have about 120 acres of woods and wanted it for obvious reasons. It sure does work good.
BTW, wifey is from NE PA...

Very helpful and Thank You!

I have a couple of LP implements...well built...although they can be a bit higher priced.

Your Titan tooth bar sounds interesting...need to take a closer look at it.

Northern PA has few people...and spectacular Springs, Summers and crisp Autumns.

The only downside is Winter tries to hang on about 4 weeks too long!!!

I received an email and the stump grinder is at port in New Jersey.
I received another invoice for 11 different fees and charges totaling $405.00 plus the $113.00 is $518.00
This should get me to a destination Grove Transportation in Kentucky where I think I can intercept it so not to put even more money in it but I did call Grove which thinks I would have a few more fees. ETA says 3/18/21 but we will see. I’ll keep you posted.

wound up buying the woodland mills WG24, it was delivered Monday, a week from order to delivery.
Been eating up stumps for 3 days now, it works well. Figured I'd lube it up this morning, and damn zerk broke clean off when I removed the grease gun on the bearing closest to the PTO. That was a 4 hour delay to get the old one out, and a trip to town to get a replacement from TSC. Be careful with that one. It's an M6x1.0 zerk.
