Actually I am surprised the insurance would cover the tractor being used by someone else, not on your property. But what I don't understand about insurance would fill several large books.
Glad it is turning out good for you.

I thought off property coverage was the difference in manufactureç—´ insurance and using your homeownerç—´ insurance?
Does Kubota insurance only cover usage on your own property?
Non-commercial?

I have the photos on my computer... wonder if I can get the SSQA and the bucket (both were not damaged)...
He did not want to talk about the fire until after he got the money to replace the burnt tractor...
KTAC insurance is intended to make sure their collateral (your tractor) is protected. Therefore it is reasonable that it covers the tractor anywhere. I believe my farm policy covers my equipment up to 200 miles from my address partly due to fewer dealerships today meaning equipment often is far from home. And my largest tractor has made yearly trips for updates to the dealer 150 miles away.
You are correct. The tractor, FEL, BH, etc. is insured, not the operator or the property where the owner lives.
I won't say, but I pondered putting it back up but the forum software won't let us edit a post after a certain amount of time so the only way would be to start another thread.
