That seems like a pretty good price for the TN70 with cab. With steel price increases the way they have been lately, I would have actually thought the price would be a bit higher.

If you think that TN will replace Zetor, you're WRONG.
TN has about 6" shorter wheelbase and is about ton lighter, so you'll miss this for plowing and pulling heavy load.
On the other side, TN is more nimble and more pleasant to drive; not rough like Zetor.
I'm telling this from own experience. I have tractor similar size and power to TN70. It is fast, nimble etc, but even Zetor 5245 (50 hp engine) can pull better and heavier load than me with 70 hp.
If you are looking for tractor for PTO demanding attachments, you can't go wrong with TN.

Lets look at the facts.
For comparison look at similar sized Argon (which is what you appear to have from your bio) and NH test results:
Here is the data on the Argon 60 which is 57 pto hp.

Here is a similar sized NH a TN65D which is a little smaller at 53 pto hp.

The NH is almost 500 lbs heavier.
Max drawbar pull is 1990 lbs more for the NH
Now lets look at the TN70D.
Its max draw bar pull is 7375 lbs and the Argon 60 is 4795 lbs.

and they are rated at the same pto hp.....
Its not even close. You can't beat new holland on the power and perfromance. If anything they are more powerful than NH claims. Note that NH says a Tn70D creates 57 pto hp:

The main difference between the TNA and the TN is looks. Inside the are similar. If you can find a good deal on a used TN you will have almost the same tractor at a lower price as a TNA.
TNS is a much bigger and heavier tractor. Look at the weights. The TNS class is far larger. For your property its overkill IMHO, and the cost is much higher.
Yes you can work on the dealer just like a car dealer. Get three written quotes via fax and play them off each other. Also it helps to go back many times and grind away at them.
Its probably better to sell your tractors out right and buy the new one just like cars.
I can't help you with the price much since mine is two years old. Maybe one of the other folks will chime in.
I will say that I would get the NH loader with the quick attach. This way you can swap forks, bale spike, buckets, etc.. in a minute or two.
I love my TN70D. But I wish somedays that I stepped up to the TN75D beacuse of the larger hydro pump. For some tasks, like a post hole digger the extra few gpm would be handy. Otherwise I am content. I have 90 acres and the TN is just right in size for me.

2. On pulling tests, tractors are additionally loaded, and TN is 500 kg heavier. BTW, TN's on this test were with cab, so 300kg hevier than Argon, cabless.
3. TN's and Argon had different tires width, so pulling power can be different to according to wider tires.
4. I don't try to prove that I have better tractor than yours, because mine was few thousands € cheaper than comparable TN, what was not worth IMHO.
5. On same test page look for Zetor test.

I hope you did not take my post as attempting to argue who has the best tractor. That was not my goal.
All I am saying is that the TN series are very capable machines.
We can argue over this feature or that but the bottom line for me is I have a great NH dealer and no Zetor or Same dealer.
Also I don't see the weight issue is that big of a deal. With 16x30 ags you can add a lot of weight.
To bad not all of the tractors out their have test data fron nebraska. This is some pretty neat info.

Its getting closer to delivery date. Called the dealer and the date is 7/5/04. He mentioned once it is shipped (from Italy) or at port NH issues a number and according to him it means its really close.
I would like to get a hydraulic toplink. What's your extended and retracted lengths on your toplink? Is that length good or could it be shorter or longer?
