You should do that BFreaky, i once posted photos of a front loader project on internet and a guy from Finland invited me to come over and grab a beer to celebrate its completion... It was the best trip ever, when going with tour guide you just see the things you also see on TV, but when going with a local, you see all the interesting things, the habits and ways of life of a country !

Just coming with them on a calm day to the farm equipment dealership, and getting casual conversations with the shop owner, (and then some other customers who are interested why the Dutch farm differently than the Finns) is worth more than a month on a tourist beach !

I agree, I won't do the tourist thing at all.

I got invited by a native to visit Hawaii and stay with him on his families sugar cane plantation. A great vacation and I spent it helping them work. It was nice to see how they live and what Hawaii is really like.

It took one year but if I would work 8 h a day it would take about 2 months, maybe even less

kinda right and kinda wrong! If time went backward a 2 hour lesson would still leave 22 hours left in the day no matter how many times it was repeated! I know this is foolish talk but oh well, I'm retired. Lol
