Yes I made the expanded metal screen that bolts to the factory guard.Here is a link to a thread on it.

I like it, I had a B26 before and traded up to the L45 still have a BX 2230 also

Tailrotor what kind of grapple do you have?? I am building one very close to it and would like a couple photo's of the grapple jaw closed w/ empty grapple as I am still building it and working out the cylinder placement. Here is where I be @ currently.

I have a Anbo Grapple it is 5ft long. I went with Anbo because they use AR 400 steel and it is super strong but yet only weighs around 400lbs so I am able to keep my lift capacity.

Here is a link they have lots of pictures and if you need something else I will be glad to take some and post for you one day.

Thats what I though I just hadn't seen them on here much & thats what I am building mine like. I am trying to keep light as possible as I have a B26 that I am putting it on.
How does your new Kubota compare to the B26 & what got you to up grade. Here's the b26 and the new deere

The B26 is a great tractor and it did what I ask of it most of the time. But I started a little land scape business and wanted more power and a faster machine.

The L45 is night and day compared to the B26 as I am sure the M59 would be to the L45. But all Good tractors in there place.

But the lift capacity and back hoe of the L45 is great for the small jobs I do and it is a lot more stable on hills then the B26 was. The Anbo grapples are expensive but they are the Cadillac's of grapples and you get what you pay for. I use it more then any other attachments I have. When cutting trees and clean up its hard to beat. You will love yours when your done with it.

Even though the last post on here was in february, I figured I'd share my new discovery. I just discovered the JohnDeere 856 CUT. It is a 2wd, HST tractor and i could only find 4 pictures. i haved never heard of such a model but it is very similar to the 855.
