Wayne, i think they had a few more rotary cutters since the last time i was there. There are two of each 4',5', and 6'. I'm still wanting the 5' rear finish mower that is still on managers special. I'm also tempted by a 4' brush mower like yours. Still haven't seen a 4' tiller there. I'm guessing the damaged tiller is the one in the corner, sitting upside down in whats left of its crate. Other than some serious scratches and a missing shaft.....it really didn't look bad. Way too big for me though.

Torin, i was looking at their drill press also. How can they sell them so cheap? I need a floor model to replace my little benchtop. Let me know how it works for you.

Dennis..... had i known that other tiller there was yours (or any other TBN members) , i would have followed tradition and defaced the tag ! Well.... looks like we have plenty of time to do so. Good luck !

Dougster, with all the money you are making on all your better-late-than-never jobs, i think you can now afford a six inch sub instead of peanut butter on firm bread. Just do what i do...... bring your own drink and eat it in the truck!

Nope. Just finished my biggest job of the summer (or is it fall already???) and going into R&R mode for the rest of this week... and that second "R" is for recovery on all my damaged and battered equipment. I don't see any calls coming in for that tiller between now and November 15th... so I'm starting to think winterization rather than comissioning.

Well, the good news is that yesterday was payday for my biggest job of the season. Got a nice tip too on top of my fee. But the bad news is that it will all be gone to pay bills by later today.

Still, I could try to hold back a couple dollars and celebrate down at the local Subway at lunchtime with a 6" "special of the day" sub. That would be a real treat! :D The generic peanut butter on "firm bread" (I like that... sounds better than "stale") is starting to wear on me.

Yeah..... "stale" sounds like something you wouldn't want to eat.
Well, beggars can't be choosers. We eat what we must to subsist.

By the way, I *did* celebrate yesterday with a 6" tuna sub from Subway. :) Unfortunately, it made me sick as a dog. :(

I don't think my system can tolerate strange food such as that.

Dougster...... you should know better than to order tuna "out". Thats one of those things you only eat at home.... even if its only on firm bread !

Oh Man!!! Now you tell me!!!

Just had a slice of that "firm" bread... with generic peanut butter on top, of course. First dang thing I've been able to eat since that evil tuna six-incher at lunchtime yesterday took me down like a 300 pound wrestler!!! :( I am just not cut out for expensive, fancy "eat-out" food like you guys!!!

Anyway, it's good to get back to basics! :)

You know Dougster it would be a lot cheaper excuse me more economical to grow a few tomatoes along during the summer to put on your firm bread. The plants are cheep and they grow almost anywhere you can get sun. When you slice them the juice will soften up the bread to save the teeth when you chew.

Don't ask how I know about this delicacy lets just say I made it through some slimming times my self.:D
