I use the frame from dirt scoop and chain. The dirt scoop will get it off the ground to make it easier to drag.

A 3 point boom using a chain or chain and lifting strap works good. Keep your speed down in case the skided item snags on something so your tractor doesn't flip over backwards on top of you. I quit skiding logs that I plan on bucking up. I buck them up in place. Skiding them just fills the bark with things that dull my chainsaw... and is not worth it.
